Once we have an understanding of your criteria and plans, we are able to start aggressively looking for options for you. We can set up a 15 minute phone call to start and answer any questions about the buying process!

FIND THE PERFECT HOME

Once we have your criteria and have identified how you will be financing the purchase, we can start our aggressive house hunt! We will send you options that match your criteria as soon as they hit the market, so you don't miss opportunities that move fast. Usually the good homes are the ones that sell the fastest and you need an aggressive negotiator and realtor (like us) on your side to act quickly in a situation like this. In addition, we will allocate our resources to find properties with your criteria that have NOT been listed to the open market yet (aka "Off Market"). We do this by using technology and investing money and time to find property owners who want to sell. When there's a property that you like, we'll schedule a time to visit the property!

NEGOTIATE & MAKE AN OFFER

After we have identified a property that you feel you can call home, it's time to negotiate and make an offer. Before you decide what price to offer, we will run a market analysis on the property and give you our opinion of market value, so you know whether you are overpaying for your home or not. Once we have identified the price, we put together all of our offered terms in writing and present it to the owner. This is when our experience in negotiations comes into play!

CLOSING PROCESS

The seller accepted your offer, CONGRATS! Now it's time to go through the closing process. We will guide you through inspections, appraisals, loan approvals, condo approvals, title issues, and anything else that may come up during the process. We will provide a transaction timeline highlighting all the important dates of the contract and making sure that everyone involved is doing what they are supposed to. We're the quarterbacks and we're doing everything we can to lead our team to a victory!
