Old Cutler Bay is a waterfront gated community in Coral Gables, FL. The gated community was founded in the early 60's and is situated off of Old Cutler Road and just 1 block south of Kendall Drive. Upon entering the community, you're greeted with a beautiful tree canopy that leads to the gate. Once you enter the gate, you will find 132 homes in the community, of which only 7 are NOT waterfront. All the 125 homes that are on the water, have direct access to the ocean with no bridges - a boaters dream! Since 1986, Old Cutler Bay has been a voluntary homeowners association. Membership approval is NOT required to purchase or lease a home in Old Cutler Bay.
