Starting off working as an assistant to a Top Producing Real Estate Agent, Jonathan learned the ins and outs of the business through the eyes of a veteran in the industry. After working alongside the Top Producer for 3 years, Jonathan branched out on his own to start his business. Being 21 years old at one of South Florida's most prestigious real estate firms, Jonathan was now one of the youngest agents in the Brokerage.

With Jonathan's determination and willingness to work hard, he quickly entered into the luxury market and has closed properties in Pinecrest, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, South Miami, Kendall, Brickell, Downtown, Miami Beach, and more. Being born and raised in Pinecrest and attending the public schools in the area, Jonathan is assisting clients right in his backyard.

Personal Life

On the side, Jonathan's passion is being able to inspire and help others. In May of 2019, he started a YouTube channel with the sole purpose of documenting his journey to becoming the “#1 Real Estate Agent in Miami.”

The reason for this channel is to showcase his inventory, educate on real estate, and show others that anything is possible if you put your mind to it and put in the work.

Another way Jonathan gives back to the community is by visiting High School students, attending Career Day in several different schools, and hosting Leadership Development courses.

He has visited dozens of classrooms speaking to students about what they could do to begin improving their lives and providing them with the advice they can actually implement now. Since Jonathan is young and understands their mindset, the students are able to relate to him and truly understand his points.
