Portofino Tower in South Beach

Portofino Tower is an iconic building in Miami Beach's South of Fifth neighborhood, as it was one of the first high rises in the area. This 44 story tower has 206 residences with most of them having stunning water and city views. This condominium was built in 1996 by the Related Group and designed by Sieger Suarez Architects.

The Future of Portofino Tower

Currently, Portofino Tower is undergoing renovations to bring the building to a new level of luxury. The building as you know it will be a completely different building soon. As of February 2022, one of the 2 pools has been completed and the entire lobby and elevator cabs have had a $3M renovation.

Ongoing renovations include modernizing the balcony railings, renovating the 2nd pool, finishing the serenity garden and tennis courts, BBQ Pavilion, modernizing the spa, and updating the entire entrance of the building including the porto couchere.
